5. Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We make every effort to display accurate prices and product details, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and may cancel or adjust the order.
6. Payments
Payment must be made through the methods offered at checkout. We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Medway does not store your full card details. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us to charge the applicable amounts.
7. Delivery

8. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. For health and safety reasons, certain medicines and perishable items may not be eligible for return once dispatched, except where they are defective or incorrectly supplied.
