How it Works: Pantoprazole irreversibly blocks the final step of acid production via the proton pump in the stomach lining, providing long-lasting acid control.
Usage & Safety Dosage: 40 mg once daily, taken 30–60 minutes before the first meal, or as directed by a physician. Swallow tablet whole.
Side Effects: Headache, diarrhea, nausea, and abdominal pain. Long-term risks include bone fracture and vitamin B12 deficiency.
